These terms describe the basic conditions for use of Cosmic ACO assisted checkout services and member tools.
Assisted checkout service
Cosmic ACO may attempt supported product checkouts using information supplied or authorized by members. A successful checkout is never guaranteed.
Retailer decisions
Retailers independently control product availability, order acceptance, cancellations, purchase limits, account actions, payment authorization, shipping, and refunds. Cosmic ACO does not control retailer decisions.
Pay After Success fees
Applicable PAS fees are associated with successful assisted checkout activity and are communicated through Cosmic ACO member systems. Members are responsible for paying valid invoices by their stated due dates.
Member responsibilities
Members are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining access to their retailer accounts where applicable, reviewing checkout and billing records, and following the rules and instructions communicated through Cosmic ACO.
Service availability
Cosmic ACO may add, remove, suspend, or change supported retailers, services, releases, or member features as operating conditions require.

Official support is provided through the Cosmic ACO Discord server.
